Terms of Sale
Bidders must
register and provide
suitable ID (valid
Driver’s License or
Passport) and
receive a bidder’s
number in order to
bid on any Property.
There is no cost to
register. Upon being
declared the
successful confirmed
bidder on auction
day a deposit equal
to the ten percent
(10%) buyer’s
premium will be
required as down
payment of which
Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000)
must be presented in
cash or a bank
check. The remainder
of the ten percent
(10%) buyer’s
premium can be in
cash or personal
check at the time
and
place of sale. The
balance is due in
cash at closing, to
take place on August
27th, 2009. |
